Shopify Support and Growth

The store should keep improving after launch.

Structured support for established Shopify businesses that need reliable changes, stronger merchandising, campaign delivery and considered development without employing a full internal web team.

One-off projectsOngoing supportClear prioritiesNo invented hours

Support options

Defined work, not an unlimited promise.

One-off improvement

A fixed project for a defined issue such as navigation, product templates, campaign pages, app removal or analytics repair.

Planned monthly support

A realistic monthly allocation for prioritised improvements, maintenance and commercial development.

Larger growth phase

A separate scope for redesigns, new markets, subscriptions, wholesale, POS or significant integration work.

What support can cover

Practical store development.

Merchandising

Collection structure, promotional content, product relationships, bundles and campaign presentation.

Design improvements

New reusable sections, stronger landing pages and refinement of weak customer journeys.

Store administration

Agreed product templates, metafields, menus, page structure and content-management improvements.

App review

Remove duplication, assess cost and risk, configure approved apps and reduce unnecessary dependence.

Measurement

Analytics checks, conversion events, reporting structure and investigation of visible performance problems.

Technical SEO

Indexing controls, metadata systems, redirects, structured content and internal linking within Shopify.

Conversion investigation

Use available evidence to identify friction and form a testable improvement plan without promising results.

Team support

Documentation and training for recurring tasks the internal team should control.

How priorities work

Commercial importance before cosmetic preference.

01

Record

Maintain a clear list of requested work and known issues.

02

Prioritise

Order tasks by customer impact, commercial value, risk and dependency.

03

Deliver

Complete the agreed allocation with visible scope and decisions.

04

Review

Report what changed, what was learned and what should happen next.

Support does not mean permanent on-demand availability. Response expectations, included work, unused time, third-party incidents and emergency arrangements are set out in writing before the service begins.

Boundaries

Ownership remains clear.

Your team runs the business

Products, prices, stock, fulfilment, customer service, legal compliance and commercial decisions remain with the store owner.

We manage agreed development

Only work listed in the active scope or approved support queue is undertaken.

Specialists are identified

Advertising, accounting, legal, cybersecurity, ERP and highly specialised integrations are referred or separately resourced when required.

Good support candidates

Stores with ownership, data and a decision-maker.

The service works best when the store has a clear commercial owner, access to useful reporting, prompt approval and an internal person responsible for products and operations. It is not a substitute for running the business.

Questions

Before ongoing work begins.

Is support compulsory after a build?

No. A store can be handed over after training. Ongoing support is optional and separately agreed.

Can every request be included in a retainer?

No. Significant builds, migrations and integrations require their own discovery and quotation.

Do you guarantee conversion improvements?

No. Changes are informed by evidence and good practice, but performance is affected by the product, price, traffic, competition and operation.

Can you manage products for us?

Product administration can be scoped, but the client remains responsible for accurate information, stock, pricing and approvals.

Discuss the requirement

Start with the business operation, not a list of apps.
