How pricing works

What affects the cost of your website

The package prices are starting points. The final figure depends on the number of pages, how much content needs writing or restructuring, whether you need a CMS for projects or articles, and whether an existing site needs migrating with redirects.

Everything is confirmed in a written proposal before work begins. You see the pages, deliverables, exclusions, price, payment stages and target timing in one place. There are no surprise invoices for work that was always going to be needed. You can see each stage in how we work.

Choosing a package

Which package fits your business

Focused website, from £2,500

Suits sole traders and smaller service businesses that need a professional, fast site with a clear set of pages and a simple route to enquire.

Business website, from £4,500

Suits established firms that need more pages, stronger sales content, a CMS for projects or news, and analytics and search setup.

Advanced website, from £7,500

Suits companies with many services, sectors or locations, larger content libraries, or a migration from an existing site with redirects.

Value over time

Why the cheapest quote is rarely the cheapest site

Low-cost websites often save money by skipping planning, using a stock theme and leaving SEO to chance. The result can look fine on launch day but struggle to bring in enquiries. Fixing that later usually costs more than doing it properly once.

Every package here includes strategy, bespoke design, Webflow development, SEO foundations and 12 months on the Webflow Premium Site plan. From year two, the plan renews directly with Webflow in your own account. Businesses from Penzance to Newquay, and across the UK, get the same standard.

FAQs

Questions about website prices

Are your prices fixed?

The package prices are starting points. Your written proposal confirms the exact price for your scope before any work begins. If you later ask for extra pages or features, we agree the cost in writing first, so there are no surprises.

What is included in every package?

Strategy and page structure, bespoke responsive design, Webflow development, core on-page SEO, launch support and 12 months on the Webflow Premium Site plan. The site is built in your own Webflow account, so you own it from day one.

What happens after the first 12 months?

From year two, the Webflow site plan renews directly with Webflow in your account, at their published rate. Ongoing support from us is optional. Website care starts from £150 per month if you want regular updates and checks.

Do you offer logo design and SEO separately?

Yes. Logo design starts from £650, either on its own or with a website. Standalone SEO starts from £750 for deeper research, content planning and on-page work beyond the foundations included with every site.

How are payments split?

Payment stages are set out in your written proposal, so you know when each payment is due and what it relates to before you commit. This keeps the project clear and fair on both sides.
